By scheduling, you agree to allow us access to your property to perform treatments. Our services include inspections, applications of pest control products, and ongoing maintenance programs. Results may vary depending on environmental factors and property conditions.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We offer seasonal and one-time treatments, and pricing is based on the size of the property, treatment plan, and level of infestation. Clients may choose prepaid packages for cost savings on multiple treatments.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule services at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
5. Warranty and Liability
We aim to provide effective, long-lasting pest control. However, re-infestations may occur based on factors outside our control. The company is not responsible for damage caused by pests, weather, or misuse of our products by third parties.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining the treated areas, following any recommendations given by our technicians, such as reducing standing water or overgrown vegetation, to ensure maximum effectiveness of the treatment.
